Articles applicable to sponsors and exhibitors<\/strong><\/h3>

Article I: The Regulations. The Regulations for Trade Fair Activities of the FUNDACION FICOBA, which are attached to these Uhinak 2026 Regulations in indelible form, are an integral part thereof and are therefore fully applicable to this event in each and every one of their sections. These regulations can be consulted in the sponsors\/exhibitors section of the website www.uhinak.com.
Article II: Products and services. <\/b>The sponsors\/exhibitors of Uhinak 2026 are: public administration, companies in the sector \u2013 construction, dredging, engineering, products and services, maritime products and services, consulting, maritime technology \u2013 technology and research centres offering solutions in the coastal management sector. The organiser may, after reviewing the application, reject products or services that it considers not to correspond to the purpose of the conference.
Article III: Registration, participation agreement.<\/b> Registration must be processed by submitting the online form \u2018Application for admission of sponsors and exhibitors\u2019. Once this application has been received, FICOBA will confirm the admission of the exhibitor or sponsor by telephone or in writing. The exhibitor will proceed to pay 50% of the total amount, and from this moment onwards the registration application will be considered a \u2018participation contract\u2019 for legal purposes. Payment shall be made by bank transfer to FUNDACION FICOBA (IBAN: ES69 2095 5045 8210 6428 5785 SWIFT: BASKES2BXXX). Likewise, if the application is not accepted, FICOBA shall inform the applicant of its non-acceptance.
Article IV: Venue and dates of the event.<\/strong> Uhinak 2026 will be held at FICOBA, the Exhibition Centre of Gipuzkoa: Avenida de Iparralde 43, 20302 Ir\u00fan, on 8 and 9 October 2026, from 8.30 am to 6 pm.
Article V: Admission to Congress.<\/strong> Visitors to the Congress will gain access to the exhibition area by registering as Congress attendees. Registration costs \u20ac190 (+ 21% VAT) per person.
Article VI: Cancellation and withdrawal from participation.<\/strong> If the cancellation occurs more than 5 months prior to the opening of the conference, 100% of the amount paid up to that point will be refunded. If the cancellation occurs between 5 months and 2 months prior to the opening of the conference, 50% of the total amount paid for your space will be refunded. If the cancellation occurs within 60 days prior to the opening of the conference, 10% of the total amount paid for your space will be refunded.
If the cancellation occurs less than 60 days prior to the opening, full payment for the space will be required.
Cancellations must be formally communicated in writing to the Organisation, and the date of receipt of said cancellation will be considered official. Following the Exhibitor\u2019s cancellation, the organisation is authorised to allocate the space in question to whomever it deems appropriate.
Article VII: Receipt and dispatch of goods.<\/strong> Goods will be accepted at FICOBA on 6 and 7 October between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Dispatch will take place on 9 October from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Any goods, packaging or objects belonging to exhibitors or sponsors that remain at FICOBA after 9 October may be destroyed by the Organisation in order to optimise the management of its warehouses and spaces. FICOBA accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage that may be suffered by the goods. The exhibitor must send the company\/organisation logo before 7 September, otherwise the organisation cannot guarantee its inclusion in the support.
Article VIII: Legal, health and tax requirements.<\/strong> All participating companies must operate legally and comply with all legal, health and tax requirements. Exhibiting companies are required to make all documentation proving this status available to the organisation and\/or the competent authorities.
Article IX:<\/strong> FUNDACION FICOBA reserves the right to reduce, extend or delay the event in the event of special circumstances or force majeure, without any compensation being payable to exhibitors.
Article X: Photography and image capture.<\/strong> All persons entering or remaining on the Ficoba exhibition grounds are hereby informed that photographs and video recordings may be taken on the premises. By entering the Ficoba grounds, they agree to the use of photographs and recordings of themselves, including images of their faces, in the context of reports on the fair in question, on television, as well as in privately produced recordings, in print and online media and, in particular, on websites, social networks and video platforms, unless they explicitly object to such use before entering the Ficoba Exhibition Centre.
Article XI: Article Auditions and screenings.<\/strong> If musical performances or film screenings, promotional videos are offered at the stands, please bear in mind that there are copyright fees that must be paid to the General Society of Authors and Publishers, for which the exhibitor assumes all direct responsibility, with FUNDACION FICOBA assuming no direct or indirect responsibility to the aforementioned Society or to the exhibitor.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Articles applicable to exhibitors<\/h3>

Art\u00edculo XII: Acceso a la zona de exposici\u00f3n.<\/strong> Exhibitors have access to the exhibition area half an hour before it opens to visitors and may remain there until half an hour after closing time. The event will officially open on 8 October at 9:00 am.
Article XIII: Allocation of space.<\/strong> The layout of the floor plan will depend on the number of registered exhibitors, the dimensions of the spaces contracted, and other technical considerations. Exhibitors will choose their location on a first-come, first-served basis upon completion of their registration. A \u2018complete registration\u2019 is considered to be the receipt by FICOBA of the duly completed application form together with a deposit of 50% of the contracted space. The Organisation reserves the right to modify the location for operational reasons, without the exhibitor being entitled to compensation.
Article XIV: Exhibitor passes.<\/strong> For the days of the event, as well as the days of assembly and dismantling, each exhibitor will receive free exhibitor passes for stand personnel: 4 passes per stand.
Article XV: Parking.<\/strong> Parking at Ficoba is free of charge, but the organisers will be informed of the registration numbers of vehicles staying overnight (from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. the following day) during the set-up, event and dismantling days.
Article XVI: Set-up and dismantling.<\/strong> The stand assembly day is 7 October from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. The dismantling day will be 9 October at the end of the conference (from 4:00 p.m.). Any damage to stands and facilities where the fair is held, caused by an exhibitor or their facilities, materials or goods, will be charged to the exhibitor.
Article XVII: Attendance at stands.<\/strong> The Exhibitor is obliged to ensure that the stand is properly attended during the opening hours of the exhibition.
Article XVIII: Insurance.<\/strong> The contract for participation in the exhibition space at the conference includes third-party liability insurance. Any other insurance is the responsibility of the exhibitor.
Article XIX: Staff of the exhibiting company.<\/strong> Each exhibitor shall be responsible for all persons managing their stand and for ensuring that they are up to date with their tax and social security obligations.
Article XX: Surveillance.<\/strong> The security service (access and external surveillance) throughout the entire event (set-up, event and dismantling), as well as the general security service for the venue (inside pavilions, warehouses, etc.) established by the conference organisers, are intended as a deterrent and for general security and prevention purposes in relation to order and fire safety or emergencies. Under no circumstances is this security aimed at the personal belongings of each Exhibitor. The congress organisers are therefore not responsible for the theft or robbery of equipment and objects deposited at each stand, nor for any damage that may be caused to objects, samples, personal effects, assembly and\/or exhibition materials before, during or after the fair. The surveillance and security of the personal belongings of each stand is therefore the sole responsibility of each Exhibitor. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Articles apllicable to sponsors<\/h3>

Article XXI: Types of sponsorship<\/strong> The Cantabrian sponsor package, valued at \u20ac1,500 + 21% VAT, includes: insertion of the company\/organisation logo on the conference website as a collaborator on all tabs of the site; insertion of the logo in the abstract book; insertion of the company logo on the merchandising material given to attendees: notebook; presence of the logo in the communication and publicity campaign media: newsletters, banners and roll-ups at press conferences; logos on the auditorium screen before the start of the conference, mention at the opening, inclusion of the company\u2019s corporate information (to be provided by the company) in the conference bag, and one free registration.
The Gulf of Vizcaya sponsorship package, valued at \u20ac2,000 + 21% VAT, includes the following in addition to the Cantabrian sponsorship package: sponsorship of one of the coffee breaks, mention of the sponsorship before the coffee break and projection of the logo in the Auditorium, logo support on tables and two free registrations.
The Atlantic Arc sponsorship package, valued at \u20ac2,500 + 21% VAT, includes the following in addition to the Cantabrian sponsorship benefits: sponsorship of one of the two lunches, mention of the sponsorship before the lunch and projection of the logo in the Auditorium, 1 roll-up banner with the sponsor\u2019s logo and logo holder on tables, 3 free registrations.
